Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request refunds under the following conditions:
Before Project Commencement
Services canceled before work begins may qualify for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
After Project Commencement
If work has started, refunds may be issued partially based on completed work, resources allocated, and project progress.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
• Completed consulting sessions
• Customized reports
• Strategic plans
• Creative design deliverables
• Completed project milestones

Processing Time
